The evening will begin with a medicine garden tour and a 7 direction movement meditation which is accessible for all. Yolanda will then smudge each of us to clear the energy as we light the fire. In a sacred circle we will drum, rattle, sing and hear stories of the ways of the ancestors.

Connecting to each other, our history,our sacred mother…..the earth, as we sit beneath the setting sun on the longest day of the year. Aaahhhhh……
