Reiki is a 100 year old hands on healing practice which connects your energy to the universal energy surrounding you, to allow for deep healing. Used for pain management, healing from injury/surgery, anxiety, insomnia or to deepen the spiritual path, Reiki causes the mind and body to relax....... And it feels great!
