As we enter this holiday season it is important to take time for self care.
In this workshop we begin by settling into simple yin postures to remove any holding or tension in the body. Once settled you will lie on your back and be led through a complete Yoga Nidra to relax and center the mind. Aaaaahhhhhh……….

Anyone looking to de-stress from the hustle bustle of daily life and step toward positive life changes.
All levels are welcome! No yoga experience is required.
What will be taught:
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a sacred practice of guided deep relaxation. In this workshop you lie in a comfortable supported position while led through a body scan and visualizations that take the mind into a state which lies between awake and asleep. A place where we are most open to potential change. By making an intention (Sankalpa) and planting it in this fertile soil of the subconscious it is bound to manifest.

This workshop will leave you rested, centered and refreshed. A continued regular practice helps to uncover and bring forth your truest desires and turn them into life changes. Other benefits can include reduced anxiety, stabilization of blood sugars, improved sleep and a better understanding of self.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel to lie on.
