You know those moments when something suddenly becomes crystal clear?  When you know an answer or exactly what to do, even though you never studied it, researched or did an analysis?

The crown of the head.  Our satellite dish.  Here we receive the communication from the Universe.  Messages, inspiration, guidance.  Grace.  We can't make this journey alone!

When we open the crown of the head we merge with all that is.  The Divine.  Small Mind joins Big Mind….just as the wave merges back into the ocean.  Losing our illusion of being separate.

Wisdom is always raining down on us, but often we are too busy to notice.  Our minds, when they are in a constant stream of thought, worry, anxiety or planning, are contracted, forming a roadblock to messages pouring down.  Similar to trying to fill a water bottle when you forgot to take off the lid!  The stream of grace simply bounces off.

But when we relax the mind muscles, coming into contact with this moment, the top of the head can bloom.  Ready for all that is always there.  Like standing under a waterfall.

Crown

When we are empty and open, the crown becomes a place of ‘knowing’.  We just know.  Inspired, authentic living.  Boundless.  The Universe and me together.
